You have 2 different bottle unpurified & purified bottle.
Unpurified -
you got it like vanilla water bottle, just hold glass bottle & Click on water.
- give you poison when you drink it
- craft it with any Potion
- use it to Craft Awkward Potion like water bottle
Purified -
Cooked unpurified bottle on furnace or campfire, It's turn into Purified
No Harm when you drink
What Happened if don't drink?
You will give Weakness effect then killed.
